How to Track a Task in Progress
Clients can follow a task in real time — from En Route to On Site to Completed — with geolocation verification.
View live status in your portal
Clients can view real-time task status in the Tasks tab of their portal. Active tasks show the tasker's name, trade, and current status: En Route, On Site, or Completed.
Geolocation verification
Nuvex Nova uses geolocation verification to confirm the tasker is physically present at the job site. This is how we keep billing accurate and give you confidence that work is actually happening on site.
Notified at sign-off
You'll be notified when the task is signed off by ops. Sign-off confirms the work is complete and meets quality standards, and it's the moment payment is released to the tasker.
