How the Tasker Vetting Process Works
Every Nuvex Nova tasker passes a three-step vetting process before receiving work. Here's what each step involves.
Why we vet every tasker
Clients trust Nuvex Nova because every tasker is verified before they can receive work. All taskers go through a three-step vetting process, and only those who pass all three steps are activated.
Step 1: Identity verification
Taskers must submit a government-issued ID. This confirms you are who you say you are and is the foundation of the trust clients place in the platform.
Step 2: Background check
We run a search through CourtListener and the National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW) to check for criminal records. Results are reviewed by our ops team before a profile is activated.
Step 3: Trade assessment
Taskers must pass a role-specific test with a minimum score of 70% within a 15-minute window. This confirms you have the trade knowledge to do quality work. Passing all three steps activates your profile.
