How to Save a Task as a Draft

Draft tasks let clients prepare jobs in advance, get internal approvals, and refine scope before going live.

Save at any point

Clients can save a task as a draft at any point during creation. Drafts let you start a task now and finish setting it up later, without committing.

Drafts stay private

Draft tasks are invisible to taskers and ops until you explicitly submit them. This makes drafts ideal for preparing tasks in advance, getting internal approvals, or refining scope before committing.

Find your drafts

Access your drafts from the Tasks tab under the "Drafts" filter. When you're ready, open the draft and submit it to make it visible to ops for matching.
