How the Payout Approval Process Works
After ops sign-off, your payout moves through a three-step approval process before funds reach your bank.
Step 1: Manager approval
After ops signs off on your task, your departmental manager reviews and approves the payout. This is the first checkpoint in the payout chain.
Step 2: Finance schedules payment
Once approved by your manager, finance schedules the payment transfer to your account.
Step 3: Funds are sent
Funds are sent to your Stripe Connect bank account. You'll receive a notification at each stage so you always know where your payout stands.
Processing time
Typical processing time is 3–5 business days after manager approval.
