How Task Offers Work

When ops matches a task to a qualified tasker, an offer appears in their portal. Here's how accepting and declining works.

Offers are matched by ops

Once a task is matched to a qualified tasker by ops, the tasker receives an offer in their portal. The offer includes the task location, trade type, and scheduled date so you can decide quickly.

Accept or decline within the window

Taskers have a set window to accept or decline an offer. Responding promptly keeps you in good standing and ensures clients get their work scheduled on time.

What happens when an offer is declined

If a tasker declines, the task returns to the ops pool for reassignment to another qualified professional. Clients are notified as soon as a tasker accepts their task.
