How Payments Are Processed
Task payments are collected upfront, held in escrow, and released to the tasker only after ops sign-off — all via Stripe.
Secure processing through Stripe
All task payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment method is stored securely by Stripe — Nuvex Nova never stores card details on our servers.
Funds held in escrow
When you submit a task, the estimated cost is collected upfront and held in escrow. This protects both sides: your money is secure, and the tasker knows the job is funded.
Released after sign-off
Funds are only released to the tasker after ops signs off on task completion. This ensures you only pay for work that has been verified and meets quality standards.
